The facility was nice, clean and comfortable. The people at the front counter were very friendly. I got there about 10 minutes before I was told to arrive, and all the people in the waiting area were called one at a time to go into the back area, then started filling the seats with new people. When my appointment time came I got called back to change and put my things in the locker. The lock on the locker (I think 5B?) didn’t work well, but I finally got it to work.
