I had an MRI. Honestly I came VERY close to backing out. I did not think I was claustrophobic but I guess I am. The MRI tech was so understanding. She removed the pillow and told me to tip my neck and look up at the ceiling. It worked. Thank you.

Karina was very gentle and respectful when she brought me into the disrobing room and thought the exam. She explained her every move and really made me feel comfortable in a situation that’s uncomfortable in nature. I really appreciated her.

The ladies on the front disk are nice and courteous smiling while talking to you and fast . The waiting time around 5 minutes to 10 minutes before the accompany you inside the room . The nurse Emily and tech Daniel are friendly ,smiling and ask you in inside the ex-ray room telling you to relax. The personnel are well mannered and professional.
