I feel that if a patient tells the techs that they are nervous, then the technicians should do everything in their power to help calm the patient. Maybe talk to the patient every so often ( to make the patient feel like they aren’t left alone), perhaps play music in their headphones ( to keep their mind busy) or things such as that.

Service was good. Except, my husband drives me to appointments. No immediate restroom from Lobby. Must go through front desk to allow entry to exam area where restroom is located
