Good News! Yesterday afternoon Husker called my fiancé and they are working to correct the situation! So far are being very helpful and accommodating. I will keep you updated next week after the situation is resolved :)

Had an issue and it was resolved satisfactorily. The owner, Robert Knowles, responded and handled the situation very well. He had Terry Zimmerman contact us and they made a very awesome deal with us on a car. They appear to be very concerned about customer service and making things "right". The manner in which they handled the issue we had with customer service was greatly appreciated.
I had quite a bad experience with Husker Auto, but they went out of their way to make it right, and I was actually very impressed with their attention to customer service. I hope that they keep up that attitude. That is what inspires people return to the same dealer over and over. Thank-you.
Called dealership on auto seen on line. I was inform that it was sold day before. Kevin told me he would keep a lookout for one. A month had gone by,I didn't give it a second thought. As my wife would say, it was not meant to happen. Kevin found the car and it's prefect. Merry Christmas.
Josh was very courteous and polite. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle that I was interested in and in the finance process. He let me take the time that i needed to make the right decisions for me and my family. I did not fell like I was being force to make a rushed decision. I would strongly recommend that my friends and family visit Josh at Husker Auto for all their vehicle purchases.
Everyone one I met was very professional, friendly, and treated me like a valued customer. The tour of the facility was very helpful and meeting people in all departments will allow me to feel at ease at my next visit.
I went out there just to look. Mr. Jones explained his inventory and let me test drive a GLK the car I was interested in. After test drive he explained car to me. I then decided to see if he could find the vehicle I wanted and give me what I wanted for my trade-in. He was able to do both with the help of the finance man. My car came from Houston, I had the dealership put on bra and tint the front windows and when I went to pick it up, Mr. Jones then proceeded to take me thoroughly thru the vehicle. We have bought five vehicles from Husker Auto in the past 6 years. The personnel always do everything possible to get us the best possible car and finance for us. We will definately keep coming back and always tell people to go there to get their vehicles because they treat us great.
