recall on power steering pump. The service managers (Andy and Nick) were great to work with. When it became obvious that my car would have to stay overnight, they made sure I had a loaner car to drive home with. They apologized for the delay in repairing the vehicle. the whole experience was great.
Service Dept. Experience Excellent I left my vehicle for a scheduled Zaktek application. Apparently the heater in the car wash was not working so they hand washed it in order to provide the service I scheduled. They could have told me to reschedule for another day but instead did what they needed to do to get the job done. Much appreciated! Thank you! Geri R.
