Service The service department was very busy that morning. But Opal got me right in at my scheduled time. I asked them to check one of my tires that had a slow leak. She came and told me the puncture was in an area of the tire that could not be patched so I would need a new tire. She asked if I wanted to get the tire then or wait for another time. I appreciated that she didn't push me to get it taken care of right then (but I did).
