Come on time. Will is professional and kind.
The two technicians arrived 35 minutes late for the agreed upon time frame of 9am - 11am but got right to work on my gas fired forced air furnace. The 35 year old furnace was having ignition problems and not responding properly to thermostat settings. The technicians cleaned the flame sensor, cleaned and adjusted the furnace working parts and took the initiative to repair a leaking pipe in the furnace room that I was unaware of. The young man was professional, quick, and didn't try to sell me anything! He gave my furnace a clean bill of health.
They did a pretty good job. They were pretty prompt and gave me good suggestions. There was one technician here doing the tune up and it took about an hour to complete. Scheduling was easy and everything worked out great.
