Had a bit of a communication issue tryinf to get the work scheduled. Once that was resolved, They spend quite a bit of time performiningthe maintanence and appears to hae done a good job.
It was great! They showed up and did the job. There were no problems. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.
Repaired humidifier and checked furnace.
Came and checked furnace, did some clean up and reported all was working OK.
The service man was prompt and professional. The work was done in an expeditious manner. After finding that one of my thermostats was not working I contacted the company and was advised to check the battery and to call them back if there were any concerns. After replacing the battery everything worked fine. I appreciate them for asking me to call back. The person I spoke with was very kind and although they are very busy was patient with me. <br />
It seems okay. I wasn’t here when they did the work. When we got there, everything looked okay. It would have been nice to have had an invoice after they left but they didn’t leave an invoice. I made a phone call to the company to ask them what they did. They were very nice on the phone.
Had a little issue overnight, and the owner came out first thing Saturday morning to help me troubleshoot. Top notch guys and I will use them again.

I was called within a day or two after purchasing the $ 69.00 promotion. Kyle identified himself and got right to business-afterward, he took time to explain the results of his inspection. I have an older furnace with an ancient humidifier attached. He explained what work would be needed to update the humidifier and the cost. <br /> Everyone I spoke with at Schultz was friendly and the job was done right for a fair price. <br /> <br />
