Robert answered my inquiry almost immediately after I submitted my request. He was even able to come early the next morning, even though I sent in a request in the evening, he probably fix my issue, and informed me on why it was the case. He gave me the pricing upfront. Even though the cost for these type of things in general are more expensive than I think they should be, HVAC service pros gets a great recommendation for me. I would say the pricing for this service is definitely competitive, so it wasn?t a big deal.
Rob was very quick to respond and provided excellent information regarding the job required. Very pleasant interaction overall!
"Thermostat Repair" doesn't describe the service we needed. We have a large dehumidifier that needed significant maintenance and Rob got it all done in one trip. I would certainly recommend him. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

Rob is honest, hardworking and trustworthy. Our boiler system was a mess and he has consistently delivered excellent results in repairing other people� s mistakes. It� s hard to find knowledgeable boiler professionals. I wouldn� t let anyone else work on our boiler.

Rob contacted me before noon, and we scheduled the AC tune-up project for the same day! Rob did such a good job tuning up my ac. In addition to it, he found out that the heater filters were greasy filty! He gave me the choice to have them cleaned by him or to have cleaned by me as long to have done sooner than later. I am so glad that he was willing to take that additional project on the same visit. I had the heater inspected and tuned last year around fall time by another contractor. They had the right tools and knew what they were doing. I was very satisfied. They also were able to warranty the factory parts through the manufacture, which was a big bonus.

The Good: our furnace failed. They showed up that day and fixed it that day. Not So Good: I gave them the make, model, and serial number of the furnace, and the error code coming off the system board that pointed to a specific part. They showed up without that part. To be fair, they were already in the field so they get a free pass on that. Troubleshooting was brief and the part was right on the front of the furnace.
