The location is complicated to get to and easy to go in circles on the area roads; the heat control in the room didn't work well and it was either too hot or too cold ( lots of frost on the drafty windows). Had to ask for extra towels and blankets even though we booked in three adults. We weren't aware that there wouldn't be any cleaning done or new towels after our first night..if we had known, we would have hung up our towels to dry and tidied up more.
