Too hot to handle The staff were very nice, great in fact. It was one of the hottest weekend of the year so far. Almost 90 degrees, all though we set the thermostat at 65 degrees the room would not go below 75 degrees. I went to the desk to ask why and there was another person from a few doors down complaining of the same issue. It was a rough 2 nights. The desk staff were great they came by to try and fix, bless them but hey were not HVAC tech's. Also they are no ice machines on any floor and the fridge did not have an ice ... read more
All staff you come in contact with are very pleasant and helpful. Also, location is right near Memorial Sloan-Kettering and is very convenient for my doctors appointments.
Breakfast is Good!!
