Good and bad Good and bad. The hotel is very conveniently located. The room was comfortable and big. The employees were very nice. We liked that breakfast was free, however it was not very good. I guess you get what you pay for. The pool was green and not usable. This made me very sad since I was planning on spending my days by the pool. We asked for coffee, tea and clean towels to be delivered to our room on the second day. That never happened. So I had to hunt down housekeeping to get the items before we went to bed. We have stayed at the Hyatt Place Gilbert several times and we are always happy with the rooms, especially this last visit. The staff is always on top of things and very helpful in general. Great breakfast options this time we visited too.

Only one complaint was the fouled sewer gas spewing out from the toilet bowl. Nothing has been fixed or corrected. So I had to tolerate the foul order in the bathroom. But all staffs and their services were very professional and courtesy.

Schedule housekeeping We weren’t informed at check in that we needed to schedule housekeeping so we were disappointed about not having our room serviced. The front desk person admitted housekeeping is a bit “hit and miss.” Other than that our stay was average
