I booked through a 3rd party site. The staff were great, just why was I given a handicapped room? Didn't request one. The room was large but had a weird layout. The sink that should have been in the bathroom was outside the bathroom which could have led to some major hygiene issues. The keys issued to me did not work on the hotel back doors and my room, necessitating a few trips to recpetion. Everything was nice about the hotel, but need to update bathroom.
Excellent customer service and great breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Nice big suite and it was quiet, none of that hallway noise that you sometimes get. The staff was very friendly and attentive. No on-site restaurant. It shower faucet handle stuck and it was hard to get the water turned on and off. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.
