All is good! There isn’t enough staff, so we are receiving slow assistance at times…. Over all stay is good!

We had MASSIVE issues when we checked in. They charged/pre-auth'd my credit card for ($372) and then it wouldn't accept or check us in. Then we used another card ($372) and had the same issue (total of $774). They finally changed us to a cash customer and got us checked in. The next morning, the second card we used was charged another $186 (now a total of $960) in a pre-auth. We had to cancel the rest of our trip due to the multiple pre-auths that were done because we weren't going to be able to pay for other hotels waiting ... read more
