Good Area Most everything was good. The area was safe and the staff was friendly. The only negative comment is that the room hadn't been dusted in a while and the air conditioning unit's vents were covered in thick dust.

This property was conveniently located close to restaurants and ease access to other areas of the City. The staff seemed friendly and tried to be helpful. The first room we were given had a very strong weird smell .. like someone was smoking in it and then tried to cover it up with disinfectant spray, the showed dripped and the toilet took a lot of effort to stop it from running. Good stay with unsatisfactory breakfast options For the price you pay per night, the breakfast was not worth it. The hotel across the lot had 1000x better options than what the Hyatt offered. Everything was prepackaged and there were no real breakfast options that were appealing. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days was disappointed the first day when I went down for breakfast.
