Dirty bathrooms Bathroom was dirty
It was not as clean as other Hyatt Place hotels we’ve stayed in. Floors were dirty and I felt like I had to keep my shoes on. Disappointed for sure!

The staff was very nice. Breakfast options were very limited. Pool was ok.
Nice hotel. Room is kind of funky with the set up. If you enjoy watching tv from the bed or going to sleep with it on, it`s not friendly. Bathroom needs a good scrubbing on tile and shower door fixtures
We liked the layout of the room. It was quiet and a great view of Gilbert. The breakfast was great! Thanks!

Room was nice and clean and the facility was pretty new and in a great location.
