We had a pleasant stay and staff provided excellent service.
Overall, the accommodation was clean and quiet. What I didn't like was it didn't have what I consider two essentials; safes and microwaves in the room. I asked the front desk if they would lock something up in the hotel safe for me, and they asked for $25 deposit to do so, big turn off!
Beautiful place, but the bathtub was stopped up and the AC was caked in dirt

The cleaning left much to be desired, the bathroom was not clean and the common areas were in need of cleaning.
Clean friendly environment. Pool was fun. Breakfast had a lot of variety

It’s alright okay The place was nice. People wearing masks which is a plus. Did not get the room I booked. Window shutters don’t always work. Not as a clean as expected maybe short staffed
