Perfect location for an NY visit. Tons to do and lots of food options. Near lots of subways and bus lines. Room was nice and cleaned every day. Quiet rooms. Nice public areas to drink and meet friends. “Courtyard views” means no street noise but a scary view of the back of several building, pigeons, and tons of air conditioning equipment. Only parking available is valet. Crazy expensive. Parked in a lot near by. Front desk staff very warm and attentive.
The best staff!
Great hotel Front desk workers were great from the moment we walked in. Very friendly and helpful. From the lobby to the room all was clean and smelled good, which goes a long way for my wife. Room was great. It was freezing outside and our room was kept to a perfect temperature once we set the thermostat. Parking was very expensive but that’s not the hotels fault, we have greedy politicians to thank for that. Will stay here again in the future. Caught a show at Irving plaza and this was a perfect location to stay for that.

The staff was very warm and welcoming upon arrival and the interiors do a great job of delivering a high quality experience. It’s a place where you either have everything you need or have it in reach through the staff.
Clean room, friendly staff. There was a payment issue between Expedia and the hotel that involved having to reach out to different groups. The Hyatt did resolve this and the contact persons were professional and transparent.
The front desk staff was great. The late night staff in the restaurant , however, was rude!
