I appreciated the light in the closet, the umbrella to borrow, & comfortable bed. Most of all the outstanding staff of this property in New York City. I appreciated the welcome every time you walked into the lobby. Especially Jason! I don’t know why, but it was nice! It must be the little things!! Thank you.

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the absolute perfect location. Walking to everything. Hotel is modern as well. Great bed, some rooms have back patio. Don't stay anywhere else in uniion Square
Union Square Gem Hyatt Union Square was perfect for our long weekend. We were greeted at registration desk with flute of Prosecco and a friendly staff. Our room with king bed was small but clean and comfortable. We were most impressed with Bowery Road, the adjoining hotel restaurant. They were extremely accommodating arranging a last minute table for us and 4 relatives meeting up with us for Sunday brunch. The location was perfect for Gramercy and Union Square neighborhoods. HMMM Great Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Like the 12 noon check out only thing I didn't like was had to take cold shower as there was no hot water. Overall good value great staff perfect location for our weekend.
Very nice hotel in central location Fantastic location. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Pretty quiet. I would stay here again any time. Room size is typical for New York: quite small.
