Jaclyn was amazing from first viewing of a property to closing day. The service I recieved was thorough and timely. Whenever I had a question, she had an answer or worked diligently to find the answer. This was my first home purchase, and I went from feeling extremely overwhelmed to confidently competent with Jaclyn's knowledge, support, and guidance. Wow what a disaster was it buying the house we bought that heather tipler was selling she was unresponsive, she didn’t communicate with my real estate agent on multiple occasions. She failed to send addendum until after closing. I have still yet to sign that one as I refused to do so because if she had done her job during the transaction, she wouldn’t need my signature at this time we were told the house would be professionally cleaned, and all signed the addendum,she refused to let us into the home for inspection until afte... read more
