I recently had a difficult 1031 Exchange on selling and buying property to fulfill the IRS criteria to qualify. Working with Stefani Myers to find my home was a great experience! She helped me through every step of the process and definitely worked to support what I needed when putting out an offer an a house. She was easily available with advice and to answer all my questions promptly all the way to when I got the keys!
The speed at which issues get sorted is below snail Pace Renting out homes with broken bed bases, broken windows and dodgy heat appliances and yet it takes years of messaging to get them to fix stuff. I highly recommend using any other agency than these guys in Australia Just terrible terrible terrible, never again
