In 1973, Hyde Park’s CEO & founder Michael Pollak began his venture into the jewelry business by selling turquoise and American Indian pieces. His first “store” was the lawn of the University of Denver, where he attended school and completed his degree in retail merchandising. While in school, Michael had met Steve Rosdal who had recently moved to Colorado, and soon became Michael’s sole supplier. I'm a very happy customer of Hyde Park. I've purchased two watches from the Phoenix store, a Tudor Black Bay GMT “Pepsi” and an Oris Big Crown ProPilot Big Day Date. My sales person, Tish Schmidt, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also have three watches in for service. John, the service manager in Phoenix, has been very helpful in finding me the service I needed. All in all, five stars for Hyde Park.
