Words can’t describe how satisfied I am with the service Hain Shih provided. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made my wife and I feel like family. We went in the store looking for a specific model, they were out of that particular model but Hain told us to give her a couple days and she actually made it happen. Apparently the model we were looking for is a very popular. Overall I’m Extremely satisfied with my purchase as well as the customer service we experienced.

I came in to the store to look at buying a Rolex and was helped by Carlos. He really spent time with me talking about some of the different watches, what I was looking for, who I was buying for, and I felt totally at ease. I ended up not buying on that initial visit and didn't feel pressured at all or that I'd wasted his time. I returned later on and Carlos again helped me, and this time I bought an amazing watch. Exceptional service all around. Would highly recommend Hyde Park, Carlos, and the place to buy a Rolex!

Zack Games did an outstanding both during the sale and after. Unbeknownst to us, we came into the store shortly before closing time. Zack (and crew) allowed us to make our purchase without pressure and after closing time. He and I both live in the C. Springs area and the sale occurred in Denver. Zack graciously offered to meet me on his day off to deliver a portion of our purchase that was not ready at the time of sale - saved another trip to Denver. Very much appreciated and I love my watch! Very good service from your Cher... read more
