I always had a very good experience at Hyde Park. They are able to cater to all my needs and Terri has been excellent in handling all my requests. She is also very knowledgeable and very attentive to customers needs. I love working with her and highly recommend her.

I’ve had 2 horrible experiences with Hyde Park jewelers. So bad that I cancelled one of my purchases and moved all my yearly watch purchasing to a competitor out of state. Keep in mind, I was already a customer of Hyde and purchased a watch 1 year prior to my bad experiences.
