Nice clinic and staff/doctor. The facility does need a professional deep cleaning, followed by daily cleaning. Floors very dirty. I'd be reluctant to have my cat get surgery there. I will revisit prior to another visit to be sure this issue is resolved. Thank you.....

Unfortunately the flooring in our building is very old and has sustained a troublesome amount of staining over the years. Despite the appearance, we assure you that we take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously as it is important for the safety and care of our patients.
my dog was a patient at this clinic. She was seen on mutiple visits.They said she was in renal failure. I took her to another facility she had a 3 pound tumor of her liver they had missed. She was only 14 pounds She died. I would never recommend this office. There are so many other good vet clinics in the area

I have honestly never been to a worse vet. I had my appointment this past Monday for my 14 week old puppy and I was trying to give the medical director, Preston, the benefit of the doubt before solidifying my opinion on the facility. I recently moved to Tampa, Florida with my new puppy and picked this vet for her care. The visits were over the phone due to COVID, but my first few encounters of calling and speaking to the staff was not the best, maybe they are just extremely busy, but the mannerism was not courteous or professional in my opinion. I first came to this clinic 10 years ago and found that Dr. Harper and her partners generally took proper care of my little dachshund. At the time I wasn't overly impressed with the front desk staff, but felt I would put up with their often rude and lackadaisical, intermittently artificially sweet attitude because I needed the service from the Dr. It is generally the case for a healthcare provider that their front desk staff can make or break their practice. Very disappointed in the misleading and incorrect information and communication. The doctors are nice as well as the techs; front office needs some training in being courteous and the use of the words I'm sorry or let me look in to this in lieu of being argumentative and blaming the customer "we have had several owners misunderstand their is an additional charge". I will be looking for a new care giver/ veterinarian for my lab. :(
Definitely better vets out there which is why I decided to switch. Waited far too long for the empty waiting room I walked into. Although everyone at the front desk as well as all of the vet technicians were great, the actual vet who helped lacked the characteristics I would expect from someone in the profession. Pros: the front office was great and very friendly when I called to schedule my appt. I had an early appt so it wasn't a zoo like some of the other vets. Cons: Dr Harper/Jensen lacked personality, warmth and compassion. I would never take my dog/s to see her again. I went because my dog was symptomatic and I needed an opinion and she totally dismissed my concerns and made me feel almost silly for bringing her in.
