We had both foundation and encapsulation work done, and our floors are now level and the crawl space is beautiful. ****** and his crew did an excellent job, keeping us informed about their progress and explaining each step. They were always on time, and hauled away the old insulation and a couple of other items we no longer needed. The entire process was great, from initial inspection to final product.

Our crawl space has a unique issue that has required several follow **** Max and ****** both came out in timely matter and came up with a plan I feel will address the concern. Hydro Pro has been wonderful to work with and has stood by their work. All have been professional and clean up. Max and ****** I feel took time to study the issue and was able to explain the next steps.

The guys showed up when they said they were going to, were very professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they had committed to do (and did it very well), cleaned up and left my crawl space looking great! Before encapsulation, humidity in my crawl space was running 70+%...after encapsulation, it's hanging around 38% (and my dehumidifier doesn't need to run any more). Great job--well worth the cost!

My daughter in ************** NC set up a contract to install a sump pump and both French and down spot drains. I drove over from ********* to oversee operations and progress and was very pleased with the Team. ****** and ****** were exceptional communicators and aside from explaining things to answer our concerns, they made minor adjustments for us during the project. I would recommend them for anyone that needs support.

******** team did a great job repairing a drainage issue in my basement. I will highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional, explained what they were doing so I could understand.
