I hired HydroHelp911 to eliminate the mold problem and the water flooding problem in my 40+ year old basement. The team, ****** and partner, came earlier than I had originally thought they would, worked to install a French drain, sump pump, and sheathe the cement block walls to stop the water. We hired HydroHelp 911 for foundation support and crawl space work. Overall the experience was pretty good. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and from what I can tell, the work done is solid. Hydrohelp911 is the one to call if you need crawl space work done. They are very informative and everyone is super nice. After they completed their job , I had some plumbing work done. I discovered mold in my crawlspace and contacted a few contractors to bid mold mitigation. HydroHelp911 was the only one that showed up on time and actually called 15 minutes prior to confirm we were still expecting them. Their estimator (Danny) was professional, thorough and answered all of our questions. Later on that night (as promised) their quote was emailed to me. Stay away! My project date was postponed 3 times and with each email notification I received, it stated this is a TENATIVE DATE. Frustrated, I canceled the contract only to discover that in the fine print of the contract language, HydroHelp911 gets to keep 35% of the total project cost. They chose to enforce the contract to the letter. My initial deposit was gone! All terms and conditions in their contract are written to defend HydroHelp911 legally. A structural engineer we hired recommend that we use HydroHelp911 to install two helical piers to stop the forward falling of a brick wall that had completely separated from the rest of the house and exposed a two inch crack from the roof of the house to the edge of the foundation.
