Trusted them with 3 cars for my family, 1 of them we didn’t even test drive, but they swore the truck is in great shape and has been looked at by their mechanics, next day we brought it back with a noise from the engine and they said they didn’t hear anything even though we showed the video! 2 weeks later my sons truck is in the shop, they order the wrong parts, then put a new part on and didn’t fix the problem, here it is a month later and my sons making 1000 monthly payments on a truck that we haven’t even had for 2weeks! ... read more
Service department is a JOKE!! Made an appointment a week ago for 8am for an oil change, dropped the vehicle of this morning at 8 AM was told that it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. Went back to dealership at 11:15 only to find out that they had not even started the service. When I asked to speak to a manager, the little girl at the desk tried to say there was no manager there. Finally a different lady went and got the shop manager or at least that’s what he called himself came out and said oops. sorry we dropped the ball on ... read more
