The service department at This dealership turned a routine 5 hr repair on my car into a three week ordeal and it’s not even over yet!! They have done more damage than they supposedly fixed and we haven’t even figured out everything they have messed up yet. They dodged and made excuses for everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies!! I’m beyond frustrated and angry about what they’ve done to my daughters car. Service After the Sale - IS Horrible, Terrible & virtually non existent. Purchased 3 new Hyundai’s in ‘13, ‘16 & ‘20 Santa FE. In February 2022 the 1st Visit with Santa FE for the “free Oil Change” the Service Writer lied regarding the type of Oil requested (standard vs. Synthetic), the 2nd Service visit (Feb ‘22) they kept my Santa FE in the shop 31 Days, retuned to me NOT repaired (engine metallic clatter at start up ( “could not duplicate”) the GM failed to return call plus in person visit requesting a call. ***BUYER BEWARE*** I found a 2020 Hyundai Palisade online at John O’Neil Johnson Hyundai that was exactly what I was looking for. I negotiated a trade price as well as a cash price for the difference. When I was about to leave going to the dealership which was 2 hours away, Heather (who was extremely nice) called to inform me that the pictures associated with the car I was buying was, in fact, NOT the vehicle that was on the lot.
