RecommendedPlease read this entire story: Penske was the parent company of both Hyundai and Toyota of Pharr, TX. I purchased a Toyota and had expressed that I needed it to tow for my business. To my surprise, after puchase I realized it did not have a tow package and would be over 1,000 to have one installed. I called Toyota of Pharr only to find they had be sold. RecommendedJoe Alvirde is a top notch communicator & salesman. Highly recommend working with him. Inquired about a vehicle and whether it was owned previously by a smoker. He recruited extra help to double check it. If that wasn’t enough, he videoed the car that morning all the way around and emailed it to me. We drove to Pharr that afternoon ~ test drove it & I bought my ‘23 Toyota Highlander Limited that night.

RecommendedConducted everything online to help save some time. Joe Alvirde and his team made the process go as smooth as possible . Once everything was situated they notified me to come into the store. Test drove the vehicle when I arrived l and ensured all was good then went on to sign the documentation. They made the process fast and easy for me, I think I was done in about an hour in a half but only cause there were people ahead of me in finance.
