I was told over the phone, that the price for a diagnostic for my car would be $175.. scheduled an appointment, and when I get there the price jumped to $525. Didn’t discuss cost of what needed to be done, guess he figured I couldn’t afford it.. idk but I just felt robbed, feel like that just scammed me out of paying more.. well at the end of this bad customer service experience, went home examined my engine and to see if one particular recall was addressed and when I open the hood, the engine cover was just laying on top... read more

Super easy to make an appointment online. Showed up today for appointment, asked if I would be waiting or leaving vehicle. I stated waiting....told me it will be 1.5 weeks. I told him: no, I made an appointment. Said needs a technician....duh! I asked if I can make an appointment for 1.5 weeks, said sure, but it'll be 1.5 weeks or more. Loaner?
