My Pleasent experience at Hyundai of Plymouth My entire experience at Hyundai of Plymouth was pleasant and comfortable from beginning to end. I purchased a superior car at a great price and the Staff made it easy for me.
Easy to work with I needed a car as mine was totaled in an accident. Chris was so easy to work with. I found a car I liked at a great price. This is the second car I purchased from Tufankjian and I will return. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. I normally hate car dealerships but here there was no pressure and I felt like I got a very good deal.
Very friendly and helpful! Chris was incredibly helpful! This is my first car purchase and he made the process very easy. He was accommodating to my schedule—which is very hectic—and even stayed at work after closing hours to answer my questions.
Wonderful Saleman Chris made my car experience so great because he understood what I was looking for and explains everything clearly. He is very nice and down to earth....not your typical saleman!
Experience at Hyundai Tufankian My car buying experience was a good one and I will recommend this location and people involved to friends and family. One thing I don't like is this survey. Especially this saying 25 words are the minimum.
easy as 1,2,3 I viewed cars on the Tufankijian site and had a list of 3, I go into see them and I.meet Chris to show me the cars. Chris gets the keys to the cars I want to see but he says he has one that just made the lot yesterday and that it wont make it till tomorrow on the lot and the best part about this is that it was less expensive than 3 I wanted to see Now a typical sales man would not point you in the direction of less expensive car and chance that his commission is going to be less but Chris knew my needs budget c... read more
Michael O'Neill's Approach We dealt with Michael O'Neill at the dealership. We found him to be helpful, efficient and straightforward at all times. Michael's approach could be followed more closely in the business thereby making the purchase of a vehicle less of an ordeal for many people.
All around great Everything was simple and easy. They showed us exactly what we were looking for, Anthony was knowledgeable and engaging, he got us in a perfect car, went on a nice test drive and worked out a deal in no time. No problems only good things to say about the entire experience.
Pleasant, Helpful, Honest employees.& Great service Dept. A buy back program within 30 days & low mileage would be a great incentive...Or some sort of rental arrangement on a vehicle the same as one being considered. That way a person could realize if the auto was right for them. That's just a suggestion. Over all my review is "PLEASANT ,HELPFUL, HONEST EMPLOYEES & EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPT...
