Easy purchase Great dealership in plymouth, much better than previous owner of this location! I didn't feel rushed, wish my trade in of same model had been worth more but love the new one

my 2017 Tucson The buying experience was very good, I usually dread buying a car but I was very comfortable with my expeirence I had at the dealership, and Anthony, Ty and Bruce were great guy's.
not thrilled Too much pricing games and license plate return was disappointing. I felt that dealership didnt make the amount they wanted on car so they dragged their feet in returning plates

Excellent customer service This dealer and its staff should be he model for all other dealers to follow. Ryan and Michael were very helpful in getting me to the price point that I set for myself. From the 1st call about the vehicle to the delivery, they were there to make sure things went smoothly. I can't applaud them enough for their individual efforts.
