Very friendly and reliable service
Jackie is always great. She has great customer service and takes the time to explains things and doesn't push for additional services. Giving 4 stars as I had my car was serviced and it had to be kept overnight and there wasn't any fleet/rental car available. It put me in a bind as I wasn't made aware that my car needed to be in the shop for that long. Otherwise, basic car maintenance is always great.
Their customer service is the best. I've been assigned a service representative and she always follows up with me and takes good care of me. I trust them.
