Everything went very smoothly at Hyundai of Vacaville last week when they replaced the serpentine belt on my 2016 Tucson. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and friendly. The work was completed much sooner than I expected and I was very satisfied. My Tucson works great and I would recommend Hyundai of Vacaville to anyone needing automotive care.
They always do a great job on my car and even gave me a loaner to use since my car took a little longer than expected! Great customer service!
Everything that needed to be done was done. The person who checked me in (and out) was thorough and polite. No issues.
Jackie the service advisor was very friendly and professional. She went over with me when my next oil change service and next major maintenance service shoupd be done. Got an oil change done & it was good. What I didn't like was I wanted my vehicle to be washed and detailed. I didn't want to wait til 10 am for the detail guys to show up. It's okay, perhaps next time I bring my vehicle for service.

Jackie is always great. She has great customer service and takes the time to explains things and doesn't push for additional services. Giving 4 stars as I had my car was serviced and it had to be kept overnight and there wasn't any fleet/rental car available. It put me in a bind as I wasn't made aware that my car needed to be in the shop for that long. Otherwise, basic car maintenance is always great.
