Carly was very nice and helpful. The service was timely. The additional recommended services is still a sticking point. Last time the tech dumped leaves and twigs down on to the squirrel cage fan when they changed the in cabin air filter and it made noise for months, so I was not going to have your techs do that. And I just looked at my engine air filter and it is almost new looking so I am not sure what they were looking at when they said it was dirty. But I do need some warranty work so I am going back on Wednesday.......
