Howard! Great guidance as a first time home buyer
very competent and responsive to every need and concern.
Hooked us up with a great realtor. We got a house we love that was very competitive. Walking away happy.
Seth connected us to a terrific agent when we were having trouble finding one. We found a house that was a long-shot for us and he worked with the agent on a Saturday to help us put together the package that won the bidding war. We did, however, have some communication issues along the way, but all in all we're walking away happy.
Howard was knowledgeable and communicative. He walked us through each step of the process, valued our input and made us feel as though he had our best interests at heart.
