Brittani was extremely patient with me and my many questions. I always felt like I was given priority. The only thing I would say is a complaint, is the fact that my online portal never updated. So it never showed me what stage I was on even when Brittani kept me in the loop.
Seth was professional , helpful and kind throughout the loan process and very clear cut in what my steps were all the way up to closing.
Communication via email was timely, friendly and helpful for each step of the process.
