IAN WAS INCREDABLE TO WORK WITH. HE TOOK US THROUGH THE PROCESS STEP BY STEP, AND MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. IAN IS A VERY COMPETENT INDIVIDUAL WHO KONOWS HI PROFESSION. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE TO TALK ON THE PHONE WHEN NEEDED. IAN IS A VERY NICE GUY AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE BUT IAN IN THE FUTURE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IAN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GUY WHO GETS THE JOB DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY.
Ian was consistently reachable in the closing days when my wife and I had the most questions and the most anxiety regarding our first home purchase. Thankfully Ian and his jovial disposition were able to calm our nerves and walk us through what we needed to do to get in our home.
You can not ask for anyone more competent and knowledgeable of his product. He had excellent staff to assist him that was such a pleasure to deal with. They understood the procedure and executed very professional.

I've been going to Ian for my home loans for the last 5 years. His honest and transparent way of walking you through each step of the loan process, makes it feel as though you are dealing with a family member. My last last loan process was a little tricky because the sellers escrow company was highly unorganized. But Ian was on top of it every step of the way and made sure we closed on time. Whether it's a refinance or a new purchase, I only go with Ian.

Ian was able to get me a jumbo loan with 10% down. I spoke with over 10 lenders, they all said no. Ian said yes, and got the loan closed in under 28 days. He exceeded my agents expectations and my expectations. The level of service Ian and his team gave me was beyond exceptional. Very responsive, answered his phone on weekends and always available.
