I had very pleasing experience with Mr Boshoff. He was very professional and can see who are good borrowers and which ones are not good. He works hard to take care of good customers and is not afraid to reach out.

I have never had the pleasure of meeting Ian, but have had many conversations with him when I refinanced my house. Since I was a novice at refinancing, I called several lenders so that I could compare rates. Ian was the only one to tell me that in addition to just looking at rates, I should consider other factors, such as the broker's reputation, if the loan had a payoff penalty, etc. I immediately felt comfortable dealing with Ian, as he responded immediately to my many telephone calls and emails. Ian was the loan officer that assisted me with a refi through First Choice Bank (mortgage loan service). Ian and his assistants were extremely personable, knowledgable and made sure I understood each step of the loan process. An outstanding team of professionals!
