Ian and his Team gave me a quick, efficient and friendly mortgage experience. It was exactly what I was looking for, seeing it was a hectic time for me and I needed a group to make it as hands off for me as possible. The speed is exceptional. Seller hiccups delayed our process but PRMI could have closed in 2-3 weeks comfortably. Communication was fast and if something was not known we would get a reply confirming that they were looking into it. The only adjustment I would make is an initial emailed intro to the people who will be contacting us. We had replied coming from (4) people and did not know who they were or what part they played. PRMI will be my first choice for all future transactions.
