Shannon was absolutely amazing. Despite a few minor bumps we had hit during the entire process she remained in contact and reassured me that everything would be fine. I've heard of the mortgage process sometimes taking months to go through and complete, but this was so quick in my eyes. I would by far recommend PRMI to friends and family !
