I walked into this place with a headache due to a lack of customer service with other financial institutions. Needless to say my expectations were rather low. HOWEVER! This sweet gal, Destinee - rolled in and saved the day! She was absolutely superb in guiding me through account opening, the mobile app, answered all questions I had about transferring money, and she made great recommendations for the type of savings account to use to get the most bang for your Buck. This location is super friendly and convenient. Kaitlyn is especially helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all of your questions are answered and your needs are met -- to the best of her ability. ICCU offers so many competitive products and seeks to help anyone that they can reasonable qualify for services and products.

I just wanted to say how awesome the people are at the ICCU in Eagle! I thought they had shorted me money but after I went down there I figured out that I had miscounted & they were right all along. I feel bad that I even doubted them because for almost 20 years that I've been a customer, they've never made a single mistake. Keep up the good work!

I needed to close my Chase business account after finding out about their role in the DAPL debacle. Our realtor recommended this place and I did some research on their site to see what fees they had and whatnot. Turns out their small business checking is completely free, the catch being that you "only" get 250 transactions a month before being charged $.20 per transaction. What's not to love about ICCU? Typically, the low fees are what brings new members into the fold. They have plenty of free checking and free savings options for individuals and for businesses. They also have low rates on car loans, mortgages, and the like. They have full-service banking without the full-service banking price. They're not just out to make a quick buck for themselves. I have been kicked out of my app on my phone 4 times now and I have had to reset my password even though I've copied and pasted both my password and username three times already. this is very frustrating and annoying that I cant access my own bank account. be better ICCU

Not necessarily the Eagle branch, but the trust/estate department. PLEASE don't use iccu for anything beyond a savings or checking account. The legal fees to try and correct things in my case were excessive.
