Horrible staff and customer service. They failed to cancel one my debit cards and kept the number on file. I just had an unauthorized charge on that card and they refuse to help yet again. They have also charged me multiple fees and refused to refund them. I have spent countless hours speaking with their staff over the past few weeks and it hasn't help one bit, but rather left me with a headache. This is no way to run a business.
