It is better then by other bank I had. Because my direct deposits go in on time two or three days later I like my other bank that's why I switched to ICCU.

Frustrating that the Quick Login works sometimes and other times you have to type in your password. This is the only app that I use that has this issue. C'mon ICCU, figure this out and get it fixed.

To work around it, when you go to login, wait for a "flash", then you can login as usual and should not need to type in your password. Contact us if that doesn't work: 1-800-456-5067.
I have several banks, and use all of their apps. None as are easy and convenient as this one. I love getting reminded on when things are due, the ability to chat with someone, transfer money immediately and dont have to wait a couple days, and the ability to control my card.

I love it when it lets me use the quick login but half the time it forgets my username on my device and I have to reregister it
