Last update update messed up Zell. Can no longer click on "Activity" or settings at the bottom of the main screen.

stuck in an endless loop of "authentication error, please try again" at login, can't update the app because it arbitrarily decided that my phone was too old to install it now. deleted and reinstalled from samsung cloud to the exact same results. don't expect banking if you don't have a brand new phone, i guess

accept terms every time you launch the app, and biometric sign on keeps vanishing so i have to login in over and over.

It says this app is no longer compatible with my cell phone anymore , well news for you, I'm NOT going to upgrading to a new $1500 phone for your stupid app. you just lost a customer.

Was a great app up until I tried logging into it this afternoon and out of the blue with no notice it is requiring an Update because my device "No Longer Supports this Application". My smartphone is not that old really, and, has been connecting just fine before today. Great! Just Great news that I have to have a more expensive option to accommodate the mobile banking app by buying a new phone. Ya, that's economical, not!

I have been using the app for years. The app needed an update and now says it's no longer compatible with my device. What a stupid update to push through. I would give 0 stars if possible as I am not able to use the app at all.
