My account was just locked because of a continually refreshing disclosure prompt, and every time I typed in a box/opened the app it would prematurely press enter, and then tell me my credentials were wrong, locking me out of my account. WHY AM I EVEN LOGGED OUT. I hate this bank. ATM doesn't work half the time, a thousand overdraft fees for several transactions in a row (sorry for the "iNcONveNieNCe", thieves). Maybe I'll complain to the FTC. I have to call a number??!
was great for years but suddenly its no longer compatible with my device??? well unfortunately nowadays its easier and cheaper to get a new bank than a new phone.... guess I'll be closing my accounts soon....

App has changed; refuses you access to your banking app unless you give them permission to share your data with third parties. There is no way to refuse. You are FORCED to accept, then try going into settings and reduce permissions, not remove, only reduce. This is totally unacceptable. Locked out of all access on mobile, forced to use a desktop PC if I want anything to do with ICCU anymore without selling my banking data to third parties. Living across the country now, I might close my accounts

horrible app, automatically restarts when picture is taken for mobile deposit, also doesn't remember the device i use.
