Icon at Ross Great apartment. Super nice finishes and nice design. Leasing office is a pain.
Poor Management My car was hit by the construction workers hired by Icon at Ross and management did nothing to assist me in getting payment from the uninsured driver. The property manager ignored my multiple emails for assistance. Unprofessional doesn’t even cover it.

Tenants that were... (Verified Renter) Tenants that were physical trainers would invite their outside clients to the gym to work out, play music on speakers, and leave equipment astray in an already crowded gym. A small gym should be relatively peaceful for tenants to work out after a day in the office. There was no management, proactive or reactive, regarding the gym. I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this apartment community because there is another community across the street that offers more bang for your buck. I would only recommend this apartment community if you want to be in this specific area and are price sensitive. If you can afford to upgrade a little, don't look at the ICON.
There are still... (Verified Renter) There are still ants all over the courtyard and other common areas. This issue has not been addressed in the slightest.
Would not the... (Verified Renter) Would not the cleanliness of hallway, walk-in entrance from the garage is an embarrassment. Management does not handle valet trash violation seriously.
Crime (theft) The... (Verified Renter) Crime (theft) The apartment management isn't communicative when something serious happens on the premises. I.e., a girl died/was murdered in the parking garage this summer and no one received ANY notice about it from the complex. I only found out from the news. Garage doors are constantly broken, cars get broken into (or stolen... 307's car was stolen from the parking garage), and trash pickup doesn't happen every night it should even though we're forced to pay for it. While the inside... (Verified Renter) While the inside of the apartments are great the exteriors are very poor. Our doors to the stairwells, hallways and garage are literally ALWAYS broken and makes me feel very unsafe. The stairwells near the back of the complex are filthy, but definitely not near the front where most people tour. Again, inside is great but if I?m paying what we are I?d like to see some better property management for cleanliness.
