I lived at The Icon for three years, so I almost feel obligated to write my fair and honest review for folks who are considering The Icon as their new home. Some remarks are specific to my experience, but most are general factors that can be expected during your experience as well. I’ve summarized it into three sections. I lived at Icon for almost 2 years. Arianne and Brianna (management team) are awesome. They are really caring and prompt with their replies to calls and emails. I've only seen one guy working maintenance and he is incredibly kind and efficient whenever there is any issue. The apartment team really does care about you as a resident and are more than willing to help. The gym is really nice too. My only concerns there were cleanliness issues with garbage disposal areas and bugs during the warmer months.

My apartment experienced water damage that ruined my personal items because of the property and no one had any initiative or urgency on getting things done. I had to reach out multiple times in order to receive a response on several occasions and still have not received any response on my latest communication. I was not able to sleep in my room or use my bathroom to its full capacity for days because they had dehumidifier machines all throughout. Quiet, centrally located, inexpensive rent, plenty of doggy areas for play and restroom, doggy poo baggies provided in outdoor walkways, well-kept and clean complex! The leasing office staff is helpful and friendly albeit understaffed . However, that’s the case now for all businesses. The process to lease is FAST !
