I would rec agaisnt it because over the years I have lived here I have seen a general decline in the quality of the building in particular trash in hallways, dog crap in the hallways, trash in the parking garage. I called before I came just to make sure they had an apartment for my timeframe of moving and when I got there I had the pleasure of her giving me a tour of the property. I loved the apartment and the amenities. Definitely a perfect fit for my needs

I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the look and feel of the complex as a whole us not what it was when I first moved in. The entry doors are horrible. I hurt my wrist everytime I open the door to garage. The guest entry doesn't always work well. Lived here for 7 years and was not happy that I had to pay for new blinds. There are other things I need based on wear and tear but think some things should be updated just based on time I've lived here.
