They were great for my cataract surgeries. They made me feel comfortable and I didn’t have to wait long. Very efficient.

For the most part, things went very well with staff/nurses/doctor. I do wish I received more information on my procedure (details to expect, etc), without asking for them or not being informed at all. But, overall I was pleased with everything and the hospital visit/prep/surgery went very well also.
