The experience was very good however, I am not very satisfied with the outcome. I still need to wear reading glasses all the time for anything within 2-3 feet despite paying an extra $5000 for the custom lenses. I have followed up with my optometrist and he has told me that there’s nothing more that can be done at this point. I just feel like I was misled a little bit about the type of lenses available and what I should realistically expect

Everyone at Idaho Eye Center was truly wonderful. From changing warm blankets when they had cooled to their solicitous care after the eye surgery, they went above and beyond. After my second eye I was a little groggy and slightly nauseous; and when the drink and snacks first provided didn't help, additional things appeared. They seemed to truly care - not just doing a job. They have my highest praise.

All the procedures were explained very well. I felt comfortable. Everyone was very efficient. I had a great outcome.

Everyone I dealt with at Idaho Eye Center was friendly and professional. The surgery and care was performed efficiently and in a timely manner. I am very happy with all aspects of the experience.
The lenses are working beautifully. The scheduling and contact throughout were terrific. Staff were friendly and supportive as well as knowledgeable. I did experience problems with the anesthesia on the first eye but no problems with the second eye. I wish the anesthesiologist had given me the choices on the first eye that he gave me on the 2nd-but only after I asked questions about alternatives. Due to my experience, I have now added to all of my medical records: NO OPIOIDS.
I felt like I was treated by well experienced doctors and staff. They were all very professional .
Great experience! I knew what to expect when I got to my surgery day and then it was fast and efficient. The dr.s and staff were great! Thank you for everything.

The staff were extremely competent and helpful with all the scheduling changes I had to make. I appreciate that so much. When I got there I felt so welcome and safe. I loved the roll along bed progression through the pre-op preparation routine
