From the minute I walked in the door I was treated professionally from the receptionists to the techs to the surgeon. 5 star all around, I couldn’t be happier.

Of course I was nervous as I had not experienced cataract surgery before. Staff were kind to explain and answer all the questions I had. The surgery was quick and painless. No worries at all. The surgery waiting area was cold so wear a jacket! I would definitely recommend Idaho Eye and Laser Center!

Did LASIK spring 2023. Friendly, patient, and professional office staff. Super sweet and lovely pre-op staff who did an amazing job at ensuring I was educated about the procedure and took care of me. Dr. Bradley Gardner was calm, professional, and prompt. I knew I was in capable hands. My follow ups have been with Dr. Hepworth, who has also been wonderful and helpful. Thanks, everybody!

Great team. No problems with surgery. Where I did not have my astigmatism corrected, , I would have liked to had a better understanding of the time frame for being able to bet new glasses. That has been a struggle.

The clinic is well organized and efficient. The staff are personable despite having a tight schedule. The day I had my second eye treated there was a disconnection from the internet due to a construction site cutting a fibre cable. The team was able to manage the day schedule without network support with only about a half hour delay. That showed true adaptability under stress. Both of my eye treatments were excellent. I can see well again!😃

Everything went really well. It’s really nice to not wear glasses everyday except for reading. Midrange is a little troubling at times but I’m learning to deal with it.
