There's still too much waiting in doctor's offices. Especially early in the morning, I would expect appointments to be on time. One afternoon, on a followup visit, I heard a doctor next door talking about a fishing trip while I waited for over half an hour for him to tell me I was fine. All the people were friendly and professional. Surgery for cataracts went smoothly and followup appointments were scheduled before I left the office.
Can’t see—dry eyes—eye pain—I cuss Idaho Eye Center everyday. I had lenses put in a year ago hoping to see so much better. Nope—close up is HORRIBLE. Still have to wear glasses but I CAN’T SEE to read, pluck eyebrows, put make up on. Magnified mirrors do not work good enough. Also never had dry eye problems before. My eyes are red all the time and hurt. Such a waste of money. I’d take my old vision back, along with my money any day.

Been waiting for eye glasses since 11/9/23 was told by lady doing eye glasses to expect them in two weeks it’s been a month! So I didn’t feel the lady had any idea what she talking about!!

It felt a bit like cattle going through a shoot. The operating room where they have us lined up is extremely cold. The people were quite friendly though.

Evidently the receptionist is related to the owner otherwise she would be unemployable. Our visit was a complete waste of time and effort. They don’t listen to the needs of perspective patients and are a complete waste of effort There are so many thing’s wrong with them it’s impossible to list them all. It’s good that nepotism is allowed to thrive there otherwise they staff would be on a bread line or sitting on a curb with a cardboard sign !
